Er heerst een continentaal klimaat in het gebied met hete zomers en koude winters. De regio is weinig blootgesteld aan de noordwinden en de winden van de Atlantische Oceaan. De ondergrond bestaat voornamelijk uit graniet en leisteen.

Druiven: 50% Bical, 50% Arinto.

Vinificatieproces Manuele ontsteling van de druiven, zachte persing, natuurlijke statische decantatie. Alcoholische gisting bij 18ºC, gevolgd door een tweede gisting op fles gedurende 27 maanden (Methode Champenoise). Alcoholgehalte: 12.5% Vol.

Intense citroenkleur met lichte groenachtige tinten. Intens en complex in de neus met een overwicht aan gedroogd fruit en lichte geroosterde noten.

Fruitig met een knapperige mousse, fris, elegant en een lange en aanhoudende afdronk.

Serveren in de vrije tijd; bij passende zachte gerechten uit de mediterrane keuken op basis van vis en wit vlees en ook bij niet kruidige lekkernijen uit de Indische, Chinese en Afrikaanse keuken. Het beste geserveerd bij 8° C.

100% Chardonnay from Berru (Reims).

The lemon yellow colour is tinted with beautiful green reflections.

In the nose it reveals classic notes of butter, biscuits and yellow flowers. After a few minutes, almond, pineapple and spring honey bring a character of finesse.

This Cava has a bright straw yellow colour with small lingering bubbles leading to light, spicy, pure aromas of apple and lemon peel with a rich, targeted aftertaste.

Polloni Spumante Brut

This Spumante originates from Treviso, a region best known for its delicious Proseccos. A straw yellow colour with crémeuse mousse. Fruity aroma with hints of citrus, peach and apple. A touch of brut in taste, but with a very pleasant, soft, fruity touch as an aftertaste!
