Each grape variety and terroir for this alcohol-free cuvée is vinified separately, with the same care and attention as a traditional wine.
After blending, the wine is gently dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation, the softest method to preserve its authentic character and delicate aromas.
Thanks to the careful balance achieved during vinification, this alcohol-free wine is among the least sweet in its category.
Its fine, elegant bubbles are created through carbonation by adding food-grade carbon dioxide.
